Commissioner Audrey M. Edmonson, a Delta herself, presented a proclamation to recognize the centennial anniversary of the National Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at the Board of County Commissioners meeting of Feb. 5th, held at the Commissioner chambers in downtown Miami.
