The people of Santiago de Cuba and beyond, ought to be very grateful to Jose and the Miami Times for sharing their plight with our community. These are challenging times for thousands of families who need our solidarity and love. In the coming days we hope to call for help and we hope you will be on board on this critical humanitarian voyage. Extending a helping hand to the sons and daughters of Mariana Grajales, the mother of General Antonio Maceo and of the Cuban nation, is the least we can expect of each of us, now that their beloved city lies in ruin.
