You know all the commissioners(old ones) knew about the Marlons real earnings but they still gave mucho money for that stadium. Couldn't that money have been to start businesses and create jobs. The stadium now is not even filled up . The commissioners all kept quite until they were exposed, this includes the black ones. I believe in term limits and they should not stay there 19 years.
