former director of the Model Cities program 1968-1974, died in Willingboro, New Jersey on December 9.
After leaving the Model City program he moved to New York City where he was the executive director of the NYC Urban League and later became the director of the United Way of NYC.
Since his retirement in 1998 from the United Way he was very involved in his community of Willingboro.
