Jordan awarded FMU honorary doctorate

Jordan delivered the 2012 Spring Commencement Address to Florida Memorial Universitys [FMU] largest graduating class and also received an honorary doctorate degree in Humane Letters. Jordan, who also received her undergraduate degree from an HBCU, stressed the importance of students furthering their education and going from Good to Great. FMU is one of two universities located in her district.
