Hadley Park “seniors on the move”

The Charles Hadley Park Senior Program, a City of Miami Program, took its annual trip on October 13-19, to New York City.
The group visited Chester, Virginia, Atlantic City, New Jersey, New York City and Florence, South Carolina.
In the various cities the participants spent time at renown or famous sites including: the Apollo Theater, Ground Zero Memorial, shopped on 125 St., Macy’s 34 St. and toured the Schomberg Museum. The participants also enjoyed a night on Broadway where the Musical “Motown” was seen. “A tour of the Empire State Building was an enlightening experience,” echoed the attendees. The group enjoyed the seven-days trip immensely.
