Sisters on a mission for breast cancer

Miami Times staff report | 10/31/2013, 9 a.m.

The families and friends of South Florida Black hairstylists combined efforts earlier this week to raise money for breast cancer research and the support of survivors. Angela Meadows Hair Salon led the efforts that resulted in raffling off over $20K in jewels, custom wigs, a beautiful custom phone case by iphonemaddness.com and other accessories with all proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
