Pastor Dr. Willie Di James is the daughter of Mother Evang. Rachel Ross and Brother Willie Daniel James Boston, MA. She is also a loving and devoted mother of Brother Elijah L. James and grandmother of two lovely grandsons, Elijah Jr. and Jakorie James.

After being delivered from a life of drug addiction and alcoholism on Nov, 2, 1992, she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ , as her personal savior April 1993, under the leadership of Bishop Murray Williams, pastor of Mt. Moriah Holiness Church). “Through God’s divine purpose and guidance and a “no-holds-barred talk from Min. Girlean “Gigi” Tinsley, I was able to endure numerous hardships and became a good soldier,” James said.

Throughout her life, it is noted that James has had to overcome many obstacles, trials and tribulations, “but through it all I have remained steadfast and unmovable in the race that God had set before me,” James added.

James was ordained in 1994 as a missionary, henceforth escalating to an Elder in the Evangel Worldwide Ministries, a reverend under the auspices of the Southern Baptist Association. She was the Assistant Pastor of Greater Vision Ministries (1998-2001). In 2001 she received her “call” to pastor. She “was quickly confirmed and ordained by Elder Randy Harrison, Greater Vision Ministries, with his and the blessings of others, she was installed and ordained the pastor of Holy Ghost Faith Temple” (d/b/a Holy Ghost Faith Deliverance Ministries, where she currently serves as pastor. The Lord has used James as a living testimony to many who have come across her path. The church’s motto acronym is: ICME-(Initiate, Cultivate, Motivate, Educate) God’s people into kingdom building.

James has disciple many in the ministry and they have gone on to do great things in the name of the Lord. She shows over-and-over again, “that she has a heart for God’s people,” said numerous members.

Ordination and accolades

On September 22, 2013, she was Ordained and Licensed as an Apostle of JESUS CHRIST, currently under the leadership and guidance of Apostle M. Nelson and Elect Lady R. Nelson for five years.
