Bullard breaks ties with State. Rep. Daphne Campbell, endorses challenger

State Senator Dwight Bullard has endorsed Michael A. Hepburn, Democratic candidate for State Representative - District 108.

“Michael Hepburn has demonstrated a clear commitment towards making his community better,” said State Senator Bullard. “He is energetic and hard-working. He has the skills to effectively represent our constituents and he has what it takes to become a leader in the Florida House.”

This endorsement adds a tremendous boost to Hepburn’s campaign as he seeks to unseat the incumbent Campbell.

“It’s hard to think of a better person to have the support of,” said Michael Hepburn, upon learning about the endorsement. “State Senator Bullard understands how important it is for us to create a pathway to success for all of our children, because he stands on the frontline and fights for us every day, he is a difference maker.”

A business executive with over 10 years of professional experience working in retail management, Hepburn has served as a member of the National Urban League, AmeriCorps VISTA, Miami Central EESAC and Alumni Association, Camillus House, AFL-CIO, and nine other civic boards and organizations located throughout South Florida.
