Overcoming domestic violence

Recently, the Dade County members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., met with the “Women in Transition” — women who live in a safe place away from the domestic violence that once dominated and haunted their lives. The women joined together to express themselves creatively by decorating T-shirts. It was an effort to bring awareness to domestic violence and to reduce the problem in the Black community.
