They need to tear down the old buildings that are harboring drug dealers and crack heads and turn them into a profitable buildings. The money should also be put towards programs for these young boys 13-17 yrs old. There restless and most grow up without a father. They need a place to escape and feel worthy. Then and only then will you see a change in overtown. most of the crimes committed in overtown are from teenage boys or people that don't even reside in overtown.I used to live in miramar, but I live in overtown now because it close to my job ,Miami design district, bayside, south beach.etc. I just need to see better landscaping , less homeless people (I contribute to Camilla's house to help towards that improving) less young boys out there selling drugs. I think if you give the residents of overtown a chance ,the same way they invested in Miami gardens .We can make a difference and attract more investors and less discrimination. But what do I know I'm just a home owner and tax payer
