Miami’s State Attorney, Katherine Fernandez Rundle, along with the staff of the State Attorney’s Office, honored the achievements of Black Americans with their annual Black History Month celebration on Wed., Feb. 27th. Noted Miami attorney H.T. Smith and Miami Times senior editor, D. Kevin McNeir, served as the guest speakers. Both were presented with certificates of appreciation for their service to our community.
