Blacks have always the last hired and the first fired, and in Miami it gets worse. Latinos in Miami have created a socio-political-economic enclave, and they have positioned themselves in all the high places....and they hire their own. Nepotism runs high in workplaces where Latinos are in control. They hire their friends and relatives whether they are qualified or not.

There is lots of construction in the Black community, for instance, affordable housing units are being built all over the place, but apparently, Blacks are not getting the contracts for construction, landscaping or property management. To add insult to injury, the Black community lacks representation from those who could and should make such demands for their own. What see is outsiders coming in to make money in our community, and take the money home, elsewhere.

In Miami, Spanish is preferred.
