		<description>I agree with most of Jeremy&#039;s comments.  I don&#039;t think Parents are taking responsibility for their kids actions.  I also feel the church- well not just the church but all religious institutions - are failing.  If you look around Miami their are a ton of churches but our condition and environment does not change.  

But at some point &quot;The People&quot; have to take responsibility for their own. Other communities do it.</description>

		<description>Well first of all it starts from home. We as parents need to make sure we are raising our children the right way &amp; teaching them morals. I blame a lot of these parents because I see to many individuals, some of my friends as well, trying to be friends to their children instead of parents to them. Second you have a lot of babies having babies which in some cases creates a major problem because they really don&#039;t have the knowledge at that age of raising a child &amp;amp preparing them for life because they are still children themselves. Lastly we as parents have to make sure we do our part raising our children &amp; bringing them up in God&#039;s church!It&#039;s not about cloths, Facebook, shoes etc, it&#039;s about providing children with what they need not what they want! The old school way of raising a child, spare the rod spoil the child &amp; it takes a village to raise a child!</description>
