The State Attorney is so biased against AA we never stand a chance. I was on the 'carpet in the Dade SA Office on 2 occasions back in 1994 and 1995. As Director of Corrections for Dade County I was called by the SA to answer for some information our department had given out that was in minor contrast to some info the SA had given out concerning the jail 'Bootcamp'. The SA berated me like I was a small child. A few months later I was back over a home office I had asked for and went through proper channels to secure. The SA concluded that I broke no laws but wrote the final report that the issue fell under 'Fitness and Judgement". Or in other words the SA stepped beyond their legal jurisdiction and gave the County the 'greenlight' to do what ever they wanted to do. Ms. Spence-Jones is a fair and dedicated public servant who was subject to 'the devils' justice. BLACKS IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY DO NOT STAND A CHANCE IN THE STATE ATTORNEY OFFICE.
